County Financing of Health Care (CFHC) – Pursuant to the Indigent Hospital and County Health Care Act, New Mexico counties that collect and expend taxes for indigent health care services are annually required to report county financial and service data to the HPC. The HPC collects this data through the County Financing of Health Care survey. The CFHC report presents county level data regarding county indigent fund revenues and expenditures.
